Bank App for VIP Clients in Two Versions
To create a mobile banking app for business
The task we had was to develop a mobile app for the bank to provide remote banking services to their corporate clients.
The app was meant to be a service for corporate executives. Apart from banking services, VIP users were to be offered extra privileges, such as a helicopter taxi — as a compliment for having chosen the bank.
After the remote banking app for large corporate VIP clients had been launched, the Client addressed us with a plan to launch the second app version — this time for small and medium-sized businesses.
UX/UI design and the first app version in 3 months
The UX prototype we created was approved by the bank in almost no time at all: it turned out we had pretty much the same vision of the app.
When designing the interface, we kept in mind the needs of the VIP clients: they do not use the app to, say, fill in the bills. What they need, however, is
- To check the group accounts and their balance: cash flow, account history, top contractors;
- To sign in one go all the bills prepared by an accountant via a web banking app;
- To quickly consult a personal manager.
The second version for small and medium-sized businesses
First, we released the initial version for VIP clients. And as it turned out, our solution can also be used as a remote banking service for small and medium-sized businesses. In the wider-scale version of the app we excluded the extra privileges and changed the design.
Two apps to suit two categories of corporate clients
